The Department of Health & Human Services has put out a news release detailing the 21 nursing facilities and 10 assisted living facilities that are being put into receivership in Nebraska. This was because they were not able to make payroll and DHHS believed they needed to intervene to make sure that the residents were taken care of. They are located in 19 counties throughout Nebraska and will have a big impact on elderly care in our state.
